What we hear from cleaning and FM firms

Good work keeps clients. It doesn't always bring new ones.

Contract cleaning and FM is a relationships business with constant churn at the edges. That's where outbound helps.

Contracts come up for retender

However good your service, some contracts are lost to price or a change of management. You need new conversations coming in to replace them.

The owner sells on top of everything else

Staffing, rotas, quality checks and out-of-hours call-outs come first. Business development gets squeezed into whatever time is left.

Tenders turn it into a price fight

Responding to portal tenders takes hours and often comes down to price. A conversation before the contract goes out to tender is worth far more.

Growth means new postcodes

Your reputation is strong where you already work. Winning in the next town means building relationships from scratch.

Who we reach for you

The people who sign off cleaning and facilities contracts.

We target limited companies and LLPs with sites inside the radius you can service, and the roles that hold the budget.

Facilities and office managers

At businesses with sizeable offices, studios or clinics, they own the cleaning contract day to day.

  • Offices with 30+ staff on site
  • Firms that recently moved or opened a new site
  • New facilities manager appointments

Operations directors and MDs

At smaller or multi-site firms, the decision often sits with the boss.

  • Showrooms, light industrial and trade counters
  • Private clinics and practices run as limited companies
  • Multi-site regional businesses

Managing agents and property managers

One relationship can cover several buildings.

  • Commercial managing agents
  • Business parks and serviced offices
  • Common-area and multi-let office cleaning

How a campaign could work

Example: an office cleaning firm covering Surrey and south-west London.

Example only · not a past campaign or a result
Your business
A contract cleaner with around 60 staff, mostly office and light-commercial sites.
Who we'd target
Ltd companies with offices of 30+ staff within your service area, plus commercial managing agents covering the same postcodes.
Angle
A no-obligation site walk-round and quote before their current contract renews, with a named supervisor and clear out-of-hours cover as the hook.
A held meeting is
A site visit or call with the person who signs off the cleaning contract for a site in your area.
  1. Weeks 1-3: Domains warm up. We map target sites by postcode and you approve the copy and LinkedIn posts, such as a short one on how you handle a missed clean.
  2. Day 1: An email asking who looks after cleaning for their site, and whether it's working.
  3. Day 4: A follow-up on one concrete point, such as consistency of staff or how quickly issues are fixed.
  4. Day 6: A LinkedIn connection request to the facilities or office manager, sent from your own profile.
  5. Day 12: A final email asking which month their current contract renews.
  6. Replies: We answer, confirm site size and current arrangements, and book a site visit into your diary. Renewal months from "not now" replies are logged so you can get in early next time.

This illustrates our approach. It isn't a client campaign, and we don't forecast meeting numbers. Your targeting, copy and timings are agreed with you.

What counts as a held meeting

You pay £150 only when all of these are true:

  • The meeting actually takes place, by video, phone or in person.
  • The person attending is a decision-maker in a role we agreed with you.
  • Their business matches the target profile we agreed: sector, size and location.
  • They weren't already a client or an open opportunity of yours.

Not charged: no-shows, cancellations, meetings that haven't happened yet, and anyone outside the agreed profile. If you think a meeting didn't qualify, tell us and we'll talk it through. If it doesn't meet the criteria, there's no charge.

FAQ for cleaning and FM firms

Questions cleaning and FM firms ask.

Can you target by postcode?

Yes. We build lists around the areas your teams can actually cover, so you don't win a meeting for a site you can't staff.

Do you write tenders or bid on portals?

No. We book conversations with decision-makers, ideally before a contract goes out to tender, so you're known when it does.

Do you contact schools, councils or NHS sites?

Our focus is private businesses and managing agents, where a direct conversation still opens the door. Most public-sector cleaning is bought through formal procurement, which outbound email doesn't change much.

Can you mention our accreditations and insurance?

Yes, as long as you hold them and can show them. We'll only say what you can evidence.
