Home / Logistics, freight & warehousing
For UK hauliers, 3PLs, warehousing and freight forwarders
Meetings with shippers who need your capacity.
We find supply chain, logistics and operations decision-makers at UK manufacturers, wholesalers and online retailers that fit your lanes and services. Then we run automated cold email plus LinkedIn outreach, handle the replies and book the calls.
- Pilot £750/month + £150 per held meeting
- Targeted by lane, region and sector
- Your main domain never used for outreach
What we hear from logistics firms
Capacity you can't sell is cost you can't recover.
Logistics runs on relationships and thin margins. Outbound is about being in the right conversation at the right time.
Empty space and empty miles
Spare pallet spaces, part loads and return legs cost money every day they're unsold.
Too much revenue in too few accounts
Losing one large shipper can hurt the whole business. A wider base of mid-sized customers is safer.
Shippers switch when something goes wrong
Most won't move until a provider lets them down. You need to be known to them before that happens, not after.
Sales is the phone and the network
Your commercial people are often also running operations. Systematic prospecting rarely gets a look-in.
Who we reach for you
The people who control transport and warehousing spend.
We target limited companies and LLPs that ship on your lanes or hold stock in your region, and the roles that choose providers.
Supply chain and logistics managers
At manufacturers and wholesalers large enough to have a dedicated role.
- Logistics, transport and distribution managers
- Supply chain directors
- Procurement managers for transport
Operations directors and MDs
At SMEs that ship regularly but have no logistics specialist.
- Manufacturers and processors
- Wholesalers and distributors
- Importers holding UK stock
E-commerce and fulfilment leads
For 3PLs and fulfilment houses selling to online brands.
- Heads of e-commerce or operations
- Founders of growing online brands
- Brands moving out of their own unit
How a campaign could work
Example: a Midlands 3PL with spare pallet space.
- Your business
- A warehousing and fulfilment provider with available pallet space and a small transport fleet.
- Who we'd target
- Ltd manufacturers, wholesalers and online retailers within about 60 miles that hold stock and ship regularly.
- Angle
- Overflow storage at short notice, or a review ahead of peak season, timed to triggers such as warehouse job adverts, new product lines or a move.
- A held meeting is
- A call or site tour with the person who controls warehousing or transport spend at a business in that profile.
- Weeks 1-3: Domains warm up. We build the list by region and sector, and you approve the copy and a couple of short LinkedIn posts about your site.
- Day 1: A short email offering a specific thing: pallet space available from a set date, near them.
- Day 3: A LinkedIn connection request to the logistics or operations lead, sent from your own profile.
- Day 6: A follow-up about peak planning and what happens if their current provider runs out of space.
- Day 11: A final email asking when they next review their logistics contracts.
- Replies: We answer, check volumes, lanes and timing, and book a call or site tour. Review dates from "not now" replies are logged for follow-up.
This illustrates our approach. It isn't a client campaign, and we don't forecast meeting numbers. Your targeting, copy and timings are agreed with you.
Pricing
Simple pricing that rewards results.
A monthly fee covers the work. The rest you pay only when a qualified meeting actually takes place.
- Setup, sending domains, inboxes and warm-up
- Prospect lists, copy, automated email sequences
- LinkedIn messages and posts drafted for you to send
- Reply handling, meeting booking and weekly updates
- Rolling monthly. No long contract.
What counts as a held meeting
You pay £150 only when all of these are true:
- The meeting actually takes place, by video, phone or in person.
- The person attending is a decision-maker in a role we agreed with you.
- Their business matches the target profile we agreed: sector, size and location.
- They weren't already a client or an open opportunity of yours.
Not charged: no-shows, cancellations, meetings that haven't happened yet, and anyone outside the agreed profile. If you think a meeting didn't qualify, tell us and we'll talk it through. If it doesn't meet the criteria, there's no charge.
FAQ for logistics firms
Questions logistics firms ask.
Can you target specific lanes or regions?
Yes. We build lists by postcode, region and sector, so outreach goes to shippers you can actually serve well and profitably.
Do you make phone calls?
No. We run email and LinkedIn and book the meeting. If your team likes to pick up the phone too, we'll share warm replies so you can call while they're interested.
Does this work for freight forwarders?
Yes. For forwarders we target importers and exporters by sector and size, and the people who manage their international shipping.
What about big shippers on formal tenders?
Large shippers usually buy through procurement, and outbound won't change that. We focus on SMEs and mid-sized shippers, where a direct conversation still opens the door.
